Who we are

Tripzy is a Cape Town-based tour operator built around a simple idea: booking a holiday should feel exciting, not exhausting. We design curated, all-inclusive travel packages for couples, families, friend groups and solo travellers, negotiating directly with airlines, hotels and local partners so you get honest pricing without the guesswork.

We're not a booking engine with a call centre bolted on. Tripzy is a human-first travel company — every enquiry is handled by a real consultant who gets to know what you actually want from a trip, then builds the itinerary around it. Plans change, flights get delayed, and questions come up at odd hours, which is why our team offers genuine round-the-clock support for every traveller currently away.

Beyond packaged holidays, we design fully custom itineraries for travellers with specific needs — including accessible travel arrangements for guests with mobility requirements, handled with the same care as every other detail of the trip.

For businesses, our Corporate Travel Management division takes the friction out of business travel: flights, accommodation, ground transport and reporting, coordinated by a single point of contact who understands your company's travel policy.

Every recommendation we make is backed by consultants who've actually done the research — vetted hotels, realistic transfer times, and honest advice about when a destination is (and isn't) worth the trip. We'd rather tell you the truth about a resort than oversell it.

Tripzy is proud to operate as a member of ASATA (the Association of Southern African Travel Agents), upholding the ethical trading standards and consumer protections the industry is built on. We're also affiliated with the Flight Centre Travel Group Independent network and hold membership with IGLTA, reflecting our commitment to welcoming, inclusive travel for every kind of traveller.

Our commitment to responsible tourism

Tripzy wants the places we send people to stay worth visiting for generations to come.

Environment

Travel only stays worth doing if the places we visit are still standing to welcome the next traveller. We favour partners who actively manage their environmental footprint, steer guests toward operators who protect the landscapes and wildlife they profit from, and treat "leave no trace" as a minimum, not an aspiration.

Supply chain

We work directly with the hotels, transport providers and local operators behind every package we sell, which means we can actually ask questions about how they operate. We're building a standing sustainability review into how we vet new accommodation partners, and we'll keep raising the bar on what we expect from our supply chain.

People & Partners

Responsible tourism isn't only an environmental question — it's about the people whose livelihoods depend on travel done well. We look for partnerships with organisations doing real work on community impact, fair labour practices, and inclusive access to travel, because a better industry needs more than good intentions.
